A Mizpah membership unit is an individual or a family who meets the eligibility requirements of:

1) Subscribes to the principles of Judaism.

2) Conducts worship according the the custom of Reform Judaism.

3) Pays dues and assessments according to the policies and procedures of the organization.

Each individual adult member in good standing has the right to serve on the Board of Directors or on any of its committees, to vote at all elections and meetings of the Congregation, to have her/his children receive religious education in the congregational Religious School, and to be buried in the Congregation's cemetery in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Cemetery Control Board (family unit children may also be buried in the Congregation's cemetery).

Membership is not based on any financial abilities. Some members pledge a dues of the "fair share" determined by the Board each year, some members pledge an amount higher, and some members pledge a lower amount.
